Instructions:

• Individual specialists are requested to provide only material that is specific to the services offered and to avoid sending general promotional literature.
• This will be an international open competitive bid (OCB) and the assignment is international. The assignment of individual specialists assumes a time input estimated at 02 person-months (intermittent input over 07 months) for each specialist. Individual consultants will be selected by the procedures outlined in the Asian Development Bank Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time).
• An individual consultant of an ADB member if he is a citizen of an ADB member.
• Individual ADB members who have the appropriate authorization to legally reside and work in the country of assignment but do not have the nationality of that country may also be considered as national consultants. However, a) the reward will be subject to the local market rate, and (b) accommodation and travel expenses from the home country to the country of the assignment will not be provided.
• Interested Individual Consultants should note that online submission only of the Expression of Interest through ADB CMS is the only acceptable method of submission. The deadline for receipt of EOl is February 28, 2023 (by 2:00 p.m. local time).
